CALL TO ACTION – Contact Transportation Secretary Beverly Swaim-Staley and ask her to include CCT Construction and Right of Way funds in the FY2009 – FY2014 CTP.  The CCT has the benefit of having an agreed upon alignment and a considerable amount of the right of way in public hands. The focus now should be to secure the remaining right of way for Phase I of the project and to ensure that construction funds are available in 2012.
